Grandson's itouch with broken screen was sent to them on July 5th, repirs approved and paid for July 11th. Still have not received.

Called on the 20th and said they had not even started repairs. "Customer services was not helpful, did first say that they could now get it fixed but I would have to pay additional $65 to get it here before the 22nd when we leave on vacation. Customer service not willing to help out at all, in fact she was quite rude, not wanting to hear my concerns and basically would not help resolve the issue. If I attempted to talk to her she said I was interupting.

Will never use this service again. and hope no one else does.

i spoke too the same person too very rude never use their service again ruined my 160 gb classic i pod rip offs
