I paid my fees ($30+). I sent in my iPod classic.

They sent it back in about two weeks. It arrived in their box, but my original box was inside, unopened. No note, no call, no email, no communication. They must have some drooling moron in the company that just takes the iPod's that come in and ships them right back.

Maybe it is the company's only employee (the owners son). No service, no communication, no attempt at a repair. At least I got my iPod back, at least the iPod got to travel one last time.

Digiexpress, you really suck big hairy donkey balls! Thanks for nothing!
